Tom Severin is a proven authority on the subject of investigations and video surveillance and the role they play in distinguishing legitimate from exaggerated bodily injury claims. With over thirty years experience directly related to the defense of personal injury claims, Tom has written numerous articles (see media/publications/speaker) that have been printed in national insurance and security publications. Tom has lectured on the subject of insurance fraud and surveillance across the U.S. to various organizations including the American Bar Association and the American Society for Industrial Security. He has testified at hundreds of Worker's Compensation hearings and numerous civil trials where juries have returned verdicts for Tom's clients. A 1970 graduate of the Armed Forces Intelligence Training Center, Tom served with the U.S. Air Force in Vietnam and Thailand with Headquarters and Special Operations units from 1970 through 1973.
